OSCo's First Safe Visit!
KG. SUNGAI LIANG, AUGUST 29 - A total of 7 OSCo Volunteered Members has participated in a 'Safe Visit' program to the largest brick factory and supplier in Brunei Darussalam, located in Kampung Sungai Liang, Jalan Labi, Belait. The half-day visiting program is to teach our HSE Generalist and team on how to identify hazards in each job and how to control the risks from those hazards. Volunteers are given the opportunity as well as trained to familiarize themselves and take practical experience to ensure that the workplace is always in a safe condition. Through the Safe Visit program as well, PYP Development Sdn Bhd also learned some new stuff like MSDS and how to control few of their overlooked hazards throughout their operations. With the initiative between companies and volunteers like this, together we can continue to improve and maintain the safety of all employees in Brunei Darussalam.

OSCo is a newly formed non-governmental organization of Bruneian Youth in an effort to improve and spread the knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE) in Brunei Darussalam and Neighboring Countries on a voluntary basis.
