4. Practitioner - Veterans or Well experienced generalist on certain expertise (eg. blasting, painting, traffics, driving, chemical handling, radiation, security, safety & etc).

5. Official Board Members (Yellow Background) - Volunteered or appointed to handle or control all the systems within the Network.
