Our vision is to make most, if not all, Bruneians to be knowledgeable in QHSSE matters. Bruneians need to realize how important QHSSE is to be in our culture to keep our lives safe. Next target would be expanding the awareness to the whole Borneo island in Asia.

Our mission is to strengthen our QHSSE cultures in Brunei. We are fulfilling this mission by intervening any unsafe acts performed by employees or workers. This is for the sake of keeping our surroundings safe while spreading out positive behaviors for others to follow.

Meet the team

There are 5 levels of OSCo Memberships ;-

1. Novice Member - Students or anyone who wish to learn more about Quality, Health, Safety, Security or Environmental (QHSSE).
2. Front Liners - Supervisory levels, teachers, officers, enforcement, management levels or any representative from a department or companies.
3. Generalist - Anyone who works with QHSSE positions.
4. Advisor - Veterans or expert generalist on certain expertise (eg. blasting, painting, traffics, driving, chemical handling, radiation, security, safety & etc).
5. Official Board Members (Yellow Background) - Volunteered and chosen to handle or control all the systems within the Committee.
